Large silver-plated metal footed platter from the Gallia collection, produced by Christofle, from the Art Deco period.

 An elegant circular design featuring a wide rim punctuated by eight raised, beaded motifs, characteristic of the Gallia design. Its substantial presence makes it a beautiful serving bowl or a striking centerpiece.

 The coin is hallmarked Gallia (see photos of the reverse).

 In satisfactory condition with beautiful original silvering. Some minor scratches from use and slight areas of silver loss on the bottom, consistent with its age, without affecting its presentation.
